Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts across our communities. You will drive occupancy and revenue by guiding prospects through tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.

The role requires strong sales and customer-service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to implement marketing plans across channels including social media and email.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues and drive occupancy.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to sell and explain apartment features.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screenings, prepare lease packages.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
