Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing direct leasing activities, conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating renewals.

The role involves designing and executing marketing plans, using online tools to attract residents, and tracking data in Yardi. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively; ability to write routine reports.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face leasing, tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signings.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design offsite marketing activities and online campaigns to drive traffic.
• Track availability and leasing activity in Yardi or similar PMS.
• Ensure show units meet company show quality standards.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
• Meet attendance and punctuality expectations and comply with policies.
