Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a full-time leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupied and upcoming units. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents to ensure a smooth move-in.

You will stay informed about market conditions, design marketing plans, and drive traffic using internet channels and employer outreach.

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience.
• Ability to greet/qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy goals and process applications.
• Inspect units and coordinate move-ins with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Create traffic to the community using online tools and outreach programs.
• Track availability and leasing activity in property software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and are presentation-ready.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
