Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property leasing associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for high-occupancy communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins with strong customer service.

Qualifications

Experience in leasing and resident onboarding is required.
Driver's license is necessary to operate golf carts on property.
Knowledge of property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents.
Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate needed maintenance.
Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Design marketing activities and drive traffic via online and referral programs.
Use onsite software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
Address resident or owner questions promptly and document requests.
