Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Associate to coordinate all activities related to leasing, marketing, and renewals for the community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run background checks, and prepare lease paperwork to ensure smooth move-ins.

The role requires staying informed about market conditions, designing marketing plans, driving traffic through online tools, and maintaining high show-unit standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed and/or certified as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Strong leasing, marketing and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Improve show unit quality and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
