Qualifications

• Sales, leasing, internet and customer service background required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; able to sell apartment features.
• Math skills for financial records, budgets, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Greet/prospect and qualify prospects face-to-face; conduct tours and process applications.
• Credit screening and background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Market property; implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design offsite marketing to drive traffic; use internet tools to promote property.
• Track unit availability and leasing activities using management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; coordinate maintenance needs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
