Greystar in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to manage leasing, marketing, and renewal activities for a multi-family community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare move-in packages to ensure a smooth leasing process.

Responsibilities include coordinating renewal letters and packages, staying current on market conditions, and implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and apartment showings, process applications and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Coordinate renewal communications and packages with residents prior to move-out dates and renewals.
• Stay informed about market conditions and contribute to short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community, including referrals and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify leads, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Prepare leasing documents and move-in packages; coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions; develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Utilize online platforms and employer referrals to drive traffic; execute marketing campaigns.
