You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and manage move-ins, renewals, and follow-ups to ensure resident satisfaction and steady occupancy.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for golf cart operation.
• Experience in property leasing or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Schedule move-ins, ensure units are move-in ready, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans and follow programs to boost occupancy.
• Maintain show unit quality and prepare the leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewals with letters, packages, and timely signatures.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
