Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and data, monitor market conditions, and implement marketing plans. This full-time role offers strong benefits and a resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have licenses/certifications as required by State/Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, tours, applications, lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready; coordinates maintenance as needed.
• Monitors market conditions and develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to attract traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, online marketing, and programs.
• Uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards; communicates maintenance needs and keeps show areas appealing.
• Follows up with prospects/residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease/renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program with letters/packages and coordinating renewals.
• Responds to resident/owner concerns and documents requests.
