Job summary

This role requires tailoring short- and long-term marketing plans to boost occupancy, staying informed about market conditions, and using OneSite or Yardi to track data, leases, and resident information.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales to achieve occupancy targets.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans for occupancy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with on-site software like OneSite or Yardi.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate turnovers with maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use on-site software to track availability and inquiries.
• Ensure show units meet company standards.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewals and contact renewing residents.
• Address resident questions and coordinate with others.
• Complete reports and other duties as assigned.
