Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour properties, process applications, and finalize leases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Prepare lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
• Ensure show units meet standards and coordinate with maintenance.
