Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing residential properties.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to implement marketing plans and drive occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Lease to new residents, process applications, credit and background checks.
• Inspect units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and show units.
• Use on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Support lease renewal processes and document completion.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns.
