Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to oversee leasing, marketing, and renewal activities at a community in Maryland. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins and high occupancy.

You will design and implement marketing plans, utilize OneSite/Yardi, and keep show units in top condition. The role requires strong customer service, ability to handle high-volume traffic, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing and renewal activities to maximize occupancy.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, schedule tours and process applications.
• Familiarity with lease documentation and move-in processes.
