Job summary

ACM LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a full-time role in Birmingham, AL. The position focuses on leasing activities to maximize occupancy, conducting tours, and maintaining accurate resident files.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Entrata or other property management software.
• Associate’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Direct leasing and/or property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day leasing operations and show units.
• Give prospect tours and discuss community amenities.
• Respond promptly to prospect inquiries by phone or online.
• Enter lease data and move-ins into Entrata.
• Support marketing and leasing for the community.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and ensure units are ready.
