Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy above 95% toward 100% with a sales-oriented mindset
• Assist future residents in finding an ideal apartment
• Provide a positive and genuine experience to current and future residents
• Use consultative selling to achieve high occupancy
• Support application and lease management processes
• Demonstrate success with interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Communicate effectively with residents using high-level communication skills
• Balance tour path and ensure curb appeal; relay feedback to maintenance and community manager
• Ensure leases are complete and accurate
• Leverage marketing techniques and social media to promote the community and events
• Mediate and assess resident feedback; assist with retention activities
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance work orders and move-ins
• Travel or float to cover local sites
