Sage Ventures in Alabama is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing and resident relations for residential communities. You will convert inquiries into tours and leases, support renewal efforts and maintain strong customer service with prospects and residents.

The role requires 2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase property traffic and leads.
• Convert inquiries to tours and tours to leases.

• Prepare lease-related paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
