ACME Residential LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support the community with exceptional customer service and strong leasing performance. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process—from inquiry to move-in—while building positive relationships with residents and onsite team.

You will manage leads in the CRM, process applications, verify references, and assist with renewals and marketing efforts, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily experience preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, mediation, and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, showcasing the community and model units.
• Present apartment features, amenities, and benefits tailored to each prospect’s needs.
• Actively manage and respond to all leads in the CRM with timely follow-up.
• Process rental applications, verify employment and references, and prepare lease documents.
• Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and visitors, maintaining positive relationships.
