Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing coordinator to manage on-site leasing, tours, applications, and renewals at a Cypress, Texas community. You will drive occupancy through marketing plans, maintain show-ready units, and ensure excellent resident experiences.

The role requires handling inquiries, processing approvals, and coordinating with maintenance to keep units ready for move-ins. Strong customer service and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential responsibilities include leasing to new residents, coordinating marketing and renewal efforts, and providing resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Experience with on-site property sales, tours, applications, and move-in processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Monitor unit availability and ensure show units meet standards.
• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Maintain resident and prospect data in property management software.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents before move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve issues.
