Responsibilities

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments.
• Processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks; preparing lease and move-in packages.
• Following marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Maintaining show units to Greystar standards; coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams.
