Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Colorado to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts across a community. You will ensure occupancy goals are met, guide prospects through the lease process, and maintain resident satisfaction from move-in through renewal.

The role requires hands-on leasing, resident relations, and everyday collaboration with maintenance and management teams to uphold show quality and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Schedule move-ins, verify units are ready, and coordinate with maintenance for move-in items.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Create marketing traffic via online listings, referrals, and employer outreach.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals.
