Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, analyzing market conditions, developing marketing plans, and driving traffic through online tools and referrals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects and conduct tours.

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals and process applications.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic via online and referral programs.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals.
• Respond to resident/owner questions and document requests promptly.
