Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is required or preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing staff to demonstrate exceptional leasing and closing skills.
• Train and mentor Leasing Specialists.
• Support on-site and off-site marketing activities and resident events.
• Coordinate marketing programs with employers to promote communities.
• Assist in planning retention and renewal initiatives.
• Maintain market surveys and understand market comparables.
• Assist Property Manager with marketing and special projects.
