• Monitor daily/weekly leasing reports and advise on pricing for rent growth.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and corporate procedures.
• Accurately enter data in Entrata and maintain quality follow-up.
• Project a favorable image of the community and generate resident traffic.
• Close sales: set appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, and follow up.
• Submit market surveys, calendars, guest cards, and service requests on time.
• Keep social media channels updated to promote the property.
• Oversee renewal kick-off and plan events with Community Ambassador activities.
• Confidentiality, attendance at meetings, and adherence to Landmark Policies.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and communicate lease terms clearly.
• Manage move-in/move-out activities and assist in corporate projects as requested.
• Maximize revenue and occupancy within approved marketing budgets.
• Train leasing staff on campus marketing and lease document explanations.
• Provide excellent resident and client service and resolve conflicts.
