Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Professional in Georgia to drive leasing targets, market the community, and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, perform tours, manage data in the property management system, and support retention efforts.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach; evening/weekend availability and adherence to housing laws are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 1-year sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Minimum 1-year residential leasing experience preferred.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred and, in some cases, required.

Responsibilities

• Understand the housing contract document and communicate all relative information to prospects and residents.
• Close sales tasks per VIBES guidelines: generate leads, schedule tours, data entry in PM software, prospect follow-up.
• Assist the Associate Community Manager with social media promotion, events, unit placement, and tracking leasing data.
