Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Leasing Associate in Largo to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will also design marketing plans, drive traffic online, and use OneSite/Yardi to manage data. You’ll stay informed about market conditions, propose short- and long-term marketing goals, and support renewal activities to maximize

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing leases and move-in packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in to ensure move-in readiness and coordinates outstanding items with maintenance.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, email and other websites; follows community marketing plans.
• Uses on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, leasing activity, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards; coordinates maintenance, merchandising, and showroom readiness.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters/packages and contacting renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner inquiries and documents requests.
