Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewals for a multi-family community in Largo, MD. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting apartments, executing marketing plans, using OneSite/Yardi, and following up with prospects to secure leases and renewals. A valid driver’s license is required and flexible hours including evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and conduct property tours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic through marketing activities and referrals.
• Track leasing activities using on-site software and manage data.
• Ensure show units meet standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and renewal processes.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries and resolve issues.
