Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Marketing & Leasing Manager for a Single Family community. You will oversee marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, and the leasing team to hit revenue and occupancy targets.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with rotating weekends, and you’ll coordinate with maintenance to uphold community presentation. You will manage lease renewals, respond to resident needs, and supervise on-site staff, including hiring and training, in a fast-paced
