The candidate will combine leadership, strategic planning and hands-on leasing execution, coordinating with maintenance and property teams to keep units market-ready and compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year multifamily leasing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Experience using social media for leasing and outreach.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
• Oversee tours, applicant qualification, leases, move-ins and renewals.
• Ensure inventory of ready apartments and market readiness.
• Coordinate with maintenance for unit and amenity upkeep.
• Analyze market trends and adjust pricing and concessions.
• Generate leasing and financial reports using PMS.
• Deliver updates to owners and senior management.
• Plan leasing events and resident engagement activities.
• Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
