Greystar Worldwide, LLC in San Antonio is seeking a dynamic leasing and marketing leader to drive revenue and occupancy at a community. You will oversee on-site sales activities, leasing team performance, advertising, and resident relations to meet goals.

This role requires coordinating with maintenance, implementing pricing strategies, and ensuring marketability of ready apartments. Strong communication and leadership are essential to guide the team and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, maintains ready inventory, sets rent pricing and concessions, and monitors sales/leasing activities.
• Develops marketing plans considering market and competitor conditions and implements pricing, concessions, and advertising strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Collaborates with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety meet company standards; showcases units using merchandising techniques.
• Leads leasing process by generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing leases, and completing move-ins per policy.
• Reviews financial, shop, traffic and closing reports to address issues affecting leasing performance; presents results to clients and managers.
• Oversees lease renewals, manages communications and move-out processes as needed.
• Responds to resident and owner inquiries promptly and accurately; escalates or documents requests as required.
• Supervises leasing team by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training staff and managing performance.
