You will direct on-site traffic, pricing, concessions, and advertising strategies to maximize lease conversions.

The role requires overseeing leasing processes, analyzing reports, and coordinating with maintenance and operations to keep the property market-ready.

• Monitor market conditions and adjust pricing, concessions, and advertising to boost traffic.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing team performance to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy and leases.
• Create and manage print and online advertising strategies and monitor sales reports.
