Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. The role partners with the Community Manager to set occupancy goals and craft a strategic plan to achieve budgeted targets.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leasing Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Audit all lease files to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction
• Develop and implement resident retention programs
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents
• Assist in developing the annual marketing plan and marketing budget
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and provide support as needed
• Supervise leasing events and ensure alignment with policies and procedures
• Maintain property knowledge and monitor market conditions.

Formação académica

High School Diploma or Equivalent
