Job summary

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents to ensure smooth move-ins.

This role requires 3 years of leasing experience, 2 years in lease-up, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leasing experience required
• 2 years of lease-up experience required
• Requires valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals
• Greet prospects, qualify leads, conduct tours, process applications
• Perform credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins
• Inspect units for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Manage data in on-site software to track availability and traffic
• Follow up with prospects and residents to support renewals and satisfactions
• Assist with lease renewal letters and packages and renewals scheduling
