Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing and positive resident relations at an Atlanta property. You will handle tours, applications and deposits, and ensure timely paperwork for move-ins.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance and marketing teams to sustain occupancy and resident satisfaction. On-site position with a flexible schedule including some weekends; the ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent and experience with property management

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided or in-person) and greet prospects.
• Assist with applications, deposits, credit checks, and Fair Housing compliance.
• Maintain availability reports and process leases to move-ins and signoffs.
• Show apartments, close sales, and coordinate move-in paperwork and orientation.
