Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations on-site at a residential community. You will handle tours, applications, deposits, and sign leases while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with Fair Housing requirements.

You will coordinate with the property team, promote the community, and support retention through responsive issue resolution and timely paperwork. This role requires flexibility for varied hours.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one-year related experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of property management software are required

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person)
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare move-in paperwork and orientation
• Maintain an active social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement
