Greystar is seeking a Sales Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies aimed at achieving occupancy and revenue goals. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, manage CRM data, and collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement.

Responsibilities include lead management, applications, lease preparation, and ensuring a seamless move-in experience while upholding Greystar's standards of service and ethics.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing or property management is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up effectively.

Responsibilities

• Leads management, tours and leasing activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Qualify prospects, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance for show units.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Track traffic, leasing activities, and demographic data using on-site software.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and are ready for tours.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours to confirm decisions.
• Assist with lease renewals and communicate renewal options to residents.
• Address resident and owner inquiries promptly and escalate as needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests.
• Attend community events and engage with local associations to support marketing.
