Job summary

Thrive Companies is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead day-to-day leasing operations and drive occupancy while delivering a superior resident experience. You will coach the leasing team, maintain presentation standards, and partner with the Property Manager to meet community goals.

The role reports to the Community Manager and involves coordinating leasing, renewals, and resident relations to maximize revenue and occupancy across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience is required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is preferred.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities from inquiry through move-in.
• Handle walk-in traffic, tours, phone calls, and prospect follow-up.
• Generate leases and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Conduct lease approvals in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor the leasing pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with resident retention.
• Assist with renewal processes and maximize resident retention.
• Report incidents and concerns to the Property Manager and maintain accurate files.
• Coach the leasing team on best practices for leasing, customer service, and follow-up.
