Job summary

Thrive HR is seeking a hands-on Property Manager / Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of a residential community. You will serve as the operational leader, supporting the team, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

You will lead leasing and maintenance teams, drive occupancy and pricing, and partner with centralized teams to improve systems and execution, while maintaining a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential property operations or hospitality/service teams.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, pricing, and service standards.
• Strong communication and people-first leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the residential community and on-site teams.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and on-site performance metrics.
• Escalate operational or personnel issues and implement improvements.
• Track KPIs and ensure accurate property-level reporting.
• Support lease-up activities and acquisitions as needed.
