PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing efforts for our off-campus student housing community. You will collaborate with the property manager to drive revenue, occupancy, and retention while delivering PeakMade’s brand experience.

The role requires leadership of full-time and part-time staff, hands-on marketing execution, and strong digital fluency with social media and Canva for engaging visuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in leasing off-campus student housing or similar.
• Strong communication and leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with social platforms and property management tools.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff.
• Provide excellent customer service as a Peak representative.
• Plan and execute lease-up events and resident programs.
• Give property tours to prospects and address concerns.
