Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Leasing Manager in State College, PA to oversee all phases of leasing, orientation, and move-in processes, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will train and supervise leasing staff, coordinate marketing efforts, and maintain accurate records, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. This hourly, non-exempt role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in residential properties or related operations.
• Experience at a university/college property preferred.
• Entrata or equivalent rental software experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of leasing, resident retention and lease renewal to support occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours, respond to prospect inquiries, and qualify applicants.
• Review and process rental applications, lease agreements, move-ins and move-outs.
• Coordinate and conduct move-in orientations to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and daily activity reporting.
• Lead marketing and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and leasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
