Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Property Manager to lead a thriving student housing community in State College. You will manage leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, and team performance to drive occupancy and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in residential properties or related operations.
• Experience running a property, preferably student/university housing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; in lieu, equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet operational goals and timelines.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency management, and evictions per policy.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Lead property maintenance with the Maintenance Supervisor.
