Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. The Leasing Manager works with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop a strategic plan to achieve budgeted occupancy.

This role leads the leasing team to close leases and maintain resident relations. The position emphasizes strategic marketing, staff development, and adherence to company directives while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Strategic Leasing Management and achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Regular on-site attendance and effective leasing techniques to close leases.
• Audit lease files for adherence to policies; manage resident relations and retention programs.
• Develop annual marketing plan and budget; implement campaigns to generate traffic.
• Supervise leasing and renewal events and monitor market conditions.
