Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, working with the Community Manager to hit occupancy goals.

You’ll lead the leasing team, ensure effective leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and implement retention programs while maintaining property knowledge and market insights. The role requires on-site presence and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 1 year’s housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leasing management and achieving leasing goals.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence and accuracy.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Supervise on-site staff and provide coaching and training.
• Plan marketing campaigns and manage budget with the Community Manager.
• Maintain property knowledge and conduct regular market surveys.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely service requests responses.
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate vendor bids.
