Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, working closely with the Community Manager to set goals and drive occupancy. You will lead a leasing team, implement strategic marketing plans, and ensure resident relations stay positive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor preferred or 1 year housing experience.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leasing management and achieving occupancy goals.
• Lead leasing team and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
• Audit lease files for policy compliance.
• Maintain resident relations and retention programs.
• Monitor market conditions and conduct weekly surveys.
• Oversee events and renewals; manage vendor bidding.
