Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a Leasing Manager for the Denver, CO community. You will lead the onsite leasing team, manage daily leasing activities, and aim to maximize occupancy and renewals while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of residential leasing experience, leadership skills, and fluency in Spanish. Knowledge of Yardi or similar software is preferred, with a strong focus on organization and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential leasing experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service mindset
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily leasing activities and coach the onsite leasing team to hit occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction goals.
• Build relationships with prospective and current residents to drive leasing success.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to create a high-performing, service-oriented team.
• Support overall community operations and ensure an exceptional resident experience.
