Job summary

AION is seeking a Leasing Manager for Meridian South in Indianapolis to oversee all leasing activities, maximize occupancy, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will conduct tours, manage move-ins, and coordinate training for Leasing Associates while ensuring policy compliance.

Responsibilities include market surveys, referrals, and weekly marketing meetings. You will maintain accurate data in Entrata and lead efforts to improve resident retention and property appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• 1-2 years leasing experience in property management.
• If in Pennsylvania or New Jersey, may be required to obtain a real estate license within 180 days of hire.
• Excellent English communication skills; verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours of apartments and amenities, and coordinate move-ins per AION policies.
• Perform telephone market surveys and physical shops of competitors, ensure training and quarterly shopping.
• Develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.
• Lead on-site marketing plans and sales outreach including new development and community management.
• Hold weekly Marketing Meetings and train Leasing Team, ensuring adherence to AION policies.
• Maintain data in Entrata and ensure files, desk, and leasing area are organized.
