Qualifications

• 1-2 years leasing experience in property management
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including stairs
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing activities at the property and respond to inquiries
• Provide tours of apartments and amenities and train Leasing Associates
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure compliance with policies
• Develop marketing and outreach plans and monitor performance
• Maintain service levels and curb appeal across the property
• Lead weekly marketing meetings and staff training
