Job summary

AION Management LLC seeks a Leasing Manager for Meridian South in Indianapolis, IN. You will oversee leasing activities, conduct tours, and train Leasing Associates while ensuring move-ins align with company policies and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include market surveys, on-site marketing plans, program development for referrals, and coordinating move-ins with attention to compliance and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1–2 years leasing experience in property management field.
• Real estate license may be required in PA or NJ within 180 days of hire.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs.
• Occasionally requires lifting 20 pounds or less.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing activities at the property, responding to telephone inquiries, ensuring inquiries are answered, providing tours of apartments and amenities, and shadowing Leasing Associates for training.
• Perform telephone market surveys and physical shops of competitors; ensure leasing staff are trained and quarterly market surveys are conducted.
• Develop on-site marketing activity plans and present to Real Estate Manager and Assistant Real Estate Manager.
• Manage merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.
• Manage sales outreach plans including new development, community management, and communications; ensure leasing team completes the plan.
• Maintain shop scores and provide training to leasing staff to meet targets.
