Job summary

Meridian South in Indianapolis is seeking a Leasing Manager under the direction of the Property Manager. You will oversee all leasing processing, maximize occupancy, conduct tours, coordinate move-ins, and ensure resident satisfaction per AION policies.

Responsibilities include market surveys, training Leasing Associates, data management in Entrata, handling application fees and deposits, and maintaining curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1-2 years leasing experience in property management.
• Valid driver's license; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activities and respond to inquiries.
• Provide tours and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and training for Leasing Associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and occupancy standards.
• Maintain Entrata data and financials, including fees and deposits.
