You will oversee leasing staff, manage campaigns, monitor activities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences for prospects and residents. The ideal candidate combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on leasing execution, with strong communication and organizational skills, and a customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year multifamily leasing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software experience.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, and customer service best practices.
• Experience using social media for leasing and outreach preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead leasing team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Develop and execute marketing, advertising, and sales strategies.
• Oversee leasing operations including tours, applicant qualification, and lease preparation.
• Maintain inventory of ready apartments and ensure market readiness.
• Collaborate with maintenance to meet standards.
• Analyze market trends to adjust pricing and promotions.
• Generate leasing reports and manage data in the system.
• Plan leasing events and resident engagement activities.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Provide updates to owners and senior management.
