RHM Real Estate Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for a multi-family property. You will show units, process applications, and coordinate move-ins with the Property Manager and Regional Manager.

The role requires 3+ years in rental property leasing, strong communication, and a professional appearance. You’ll promote resident retention, manage admin tasks, and support neighborhood marketing while working some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leasing experience; supervising a leasing team is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Fair Housing Certification prior to interacting with residents.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; adhere to dress code.
• Strong oral and written communication; positive attitude.
• Computer friendly; familiarity with RHM software, Word, Outlook, and Yardi.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Show the property to prospective residents and process applications and move-ins.
• Assist the Property Manager and work in a team-driven environment.
• Oversee resident social platforms, on-site activities, and marketing; report to Property Manager and Regional Manager.
• Manage renewal process and update renewal spreadsheets; ensure signatures.
• Promote resident retention through relationships and service.
• Handle administrative tasks, resident files, inspections, and communications.
• Support neighborhood marketing through outreach, referrals, and newsletters.
